The Molino Agostini “Workshop”
The workshop was the idea of Roberto Agostini, the owner of Molino, and is based on his desire to develop the potential of our products and to pass on our passion for what we do and what we make.
The idea is to offer the chance to everyone, professionals or otherwise, to learn the art of flour making.
That is the purpose of the project.
It is an opportunity both to learn a trade or simply to increase the cultural and professional knowledge of everyone.
The Workshop is the showcase and voice of our mill.
It is a completely new area where the story of an art and a tradition, a territory and its emotions, is told.
It is a genuine teaching workshop, which will offer enthusiasts and professionals alike the chance to really get their hands in the dough.
The project will also involve use of the space as a classroom right away.
That is why it is called a Workshop, a place where communication, information and training will be used to give voice and value to the products of the Marche region and to the marvellous territory that surrounds us.
The area will be used for courses, meetings, conferences, events and show cooking focused on flour, grain and the products of the land in all their multiple facets.

Synergy between companies: the Molino Agostini method
A space in which to collaborate and create synergies with other companies and small businesses.
For many years now, we have had a network of suppliers who use organic growing methods, as this is the only technique that gives value to and preserves the raw materials.
We check and monitor the crops every single day, in order to obtain the best in the grinding phase. This is the only way to be certain that we are supplying a high-quality product, with all the specific properties that characterise the area and the ecosystem in which it is treated and grown, and we have been adopting it for years.
Similarly, the Workshop will now allow us to continue this profitable method of collaboration and extend it to other companies and undertakings in the area.

Why it is called a workshop
The “Workshop” may seem like a slightly bizarre and unusual name, but the idea behind this project is to combine tradition and innovation.
A workshop is a place where ideas, new projects and new products are created and come to life.
That is the spirit behind this multi-purpose facility, a place to try out new ideas and create, grow and innovate.
A place to talk about food, health and the future.
The Workshop is a large space divided mainly into two areas.
Teaching and educational classroom
This is where all the theory lessons will be held.
It has all the technological tools needed to organise courses.
There is a set of equipment supporting the professional operators who will guide the course participants or the speakers involved.
A modern and well-equipped space holding all the necessary permits and certifications (HACCP, system certifications, etc.), with test benches and state-of-the-art professional machinery.
It is ideal for hosting the course participants and for cooking during events and cooking demonstrations.
Twenty individual stations guarantee a better level of learning and optimal one-to-one training.
