ORGANIC, BRONZE-DRAWN DURUM WHEAT PASTA
Organic durum wheat pasta contains only natural ingredients: water and semolina flour, and no colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
The combination of durum wheat semolina flours and slow drying is the secret to the proper resistance during the cooking process of our pasta, resulting in a unique and delicious flavour. Its characteristic rough surface is the result of bronze drawing and processing that retains and brings out all the flavour of the accompanying sauces.
Durum wheat pasta is accompanied with traditional sauces or also with delicate white, fish and vegetarian sauces.
