We have created a network of growers who have joined us and decided to take the organic route with us. They are flanked by agricultural experts who accompany them in moving towards a new method of crop growing and production, with a focus on the natural crop cycle, organic crop rotation and use of natural fertilisers.

Organic flour is obtained by milling traditional cereals like wheat or alternatives such as barley, corn, etc., grown organically.
One of the best dry pastas of our territory and the result of an extremely strict selection of the raw material. The cereals used come exclusively from Italian organic agriculture and a large percentage of them are locally sourced (the so-called “zero kilometre” agriculture).
