Green Pea Flour
This flour is obtained by grinding dried and hulled peas.
Green pea flour is “traditionally” used to make soups, but it is now increasingly used in making bread and similar products (in a proportion of 10-30% with wheat flour), in vegetarian and vegan foods and meat and pea soups.
