ORGANIC KAMUT FLOUR

Kamut® flour is obtained by grinding Kamut® wheat (a durum wheat) of extremely ancient, Egyptian origin.

What sets it apart from other cereals is its high nutritional value, excellent flavour and the fact that it is much less allergenic than normal wheat. It is used to make cakes, bread loafs, biscuits and bread sticks.
