Whole Grain Flaxseed Flour

Flaxseed flour is suitable for making bread and baked products in general. It contains no gluten, so it can only be used in a small percentage in the dough (10-20%), but this is still sufficient to improve the nutritional value of the food.

Flax seeds contain a large quantity of mineral salts, proteins (20-25%) and lipids (30- 40%), represented by the Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids, which are essential fatty acids that must necessarily be obtained from food, as the body cannot produce them.
