Amaranth Flour

Amaranth flour has a characteristically pleasant fragrance and is suitable for preparing baked products, such as biscuits and crackers.

Mixed at 30% with wheat flour, Kamut or emmer flour, it can be used to make bread and leavened products. It can also be used to make delicious crepes.
