Whole Grain Barley Flour
This flour is obtained by grinding Italian hulled barley. Barley, and therefore barley flour, contains a large amount of glutamic acid, an essential amino acid for brain functions and vitamins.
Recent university studies have shown that this flour helps balance the level of glycemia in the human body.
It is used to prepare cakes, biscuits and bread. However, in order to obtain optimal results, it is advisable to use this flour mixed at 20-30% with wheat flour.
