TYPE “00” ORGANIC SOFT WHEAT FLOUR

This type of flour is also obtained by grinding the local wheat (Marche region of Italy). We have this cereal grown by local growers, with whom we sign agreements in which we indicate the growing methods and the wheat type, in accordance with regulations on organic crop growing. The suffix “0” or “00” is based on the level of “refining”, which is established when the cereal is ground.

Type “0” flour is excellent for making both sweet and savoury baked products.
