Whole Grain Flour


Like the type “0” and type “00” soft wheat flours, this is also obtained by grinding the cereals grown for us by local growers.

This flour is obtained by grinding the wheat without sifting it. It is ground with our stone mill, which retains all the flour’s natural flavour.

It is ideal for making whole grain rolls and can also be mixed with white flour to make sweet and savoury baked products, deciding how dark they are by mixing the flours in different amounts.
