Hemp flour
This flour is amber brown in colour and extremely light. It adds a wealth of precious nutrients to any dish, and a slightly nutty flavour and attractive brownish colour to any dough to which it is added. It contains no gluten.
In order to obtain a complete, more digestible and nutritious dough, for both the stomach and the intestine, it can be used in all products that need flour: bread, pizza, shortbread pastry and desserts in general, but also pasta and gnocchi.
